Frazetti Fantasy 7 by WhiteWing-Stock-EtAl Frazetti Fantasy 7 by WhiteWing-Stock-EtAl
Edit: (edited by :iconmistressofspam: so you can yell at me if you don't agree)

This is an image done for STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY. For those who don't seem to understand, this is a generic image, taken purely to aid artists in poses, or for their photomanipulations. This is not intended as a 'finished' piece, and thus the 'quality' of the 'art' isn't polished.

That being said, it's fine for you to disagree with the age/appearance/etc of the model. HOWEVER, these are very kind people who placed their bodies at our disposal to make stock. This stock is to help YOU fellow artists. So I expect you to button up and show a little respect for these fantastic men and women. It's not easy to get a group of people together to strip down and let us take photographs, and it's even harder to get them willing to be placed online for the artistic community's use.

So I say again, show some respect for these wonderful people who were kind enough to offer a reference for *you* artists.

I will be removing the offensive comments out of respect for the models. If you have a problem with it, feel free to note me on my account and have it out with me. If you think you'd be a better model, by all means contact me. Bear in mind that you will have your photographs placed online, and we do work with nude models, often in group settings.

Models: Maria, Ray, Miss Redd

Photographer: White Wing Photo

I never realized artist used real people for reference till lately, no wonder I was struggling drawing ideas from my head with no reference.

Thanks for this, I can see the dragon coming on in from the right already

I do hope that no one had anything negative or inappropriate to say about this stock or models. I hate to say that there are a lot of people who are too immature and uncivilized to be involved in the art community, let alone a website that collects some pretty awesome artists.

Will be watching your account for future reference. Very dynamic and inspiring!

Thank you. Unfortunately any time there is a Daily Deviation there is a lot of over critical people who don't know how to give constructive criticism, or just don't care to. Some of it derives from malice, some of it from ignorance.

You can request group stock, but I cannot gaurantee a time frame due to multiple schedules, and the fact that atm I only have a telephoto lens so doing studio sessions I means borrowing a lens.

Amazing stock! It reminds me so much of Boris and Julie's artwork, it's like something they would have used as a reference, if they're using any.

Don't get discouraged by idiots, they're just displaying their own ignorance.

it takes bravery, guts and a sense of being comfortable in your own skin and their sexuality to pose for something like this, to say nothing about the same about he photographer who takes pictures like this. i commend you and your models for your work and anyone who would bash you guys are idiots. kudos to you all!

btw, does ray have an account here? i'd love to see more of his work.

I think this is a fantastic stock image. I don't use stock much, but I do appreciate the effort stock models and photographers do to make these images available when I do want to use stock as a reference. It costs money, time and labor to make images that are essentially free to use. As Jess said (whom I follow because she's amazing), it's hard to find models that are willing for their image to be put up for free wearing clothes; it's harder to find one that is comfortable enough with their body to pose nearly nude or completely nude. The fact you have three models that are willing to go nearly nude is practically a miracle.

I was raised with the view that what people do to their bodies isn't any of our business. We shouldn't criticize a person for having plastic surgery (or, heaven forbid, not shaving what society thinks should be shaved/waxed) as we don't know the reasons behind it. It's incredibly rude. Going under the knife is an incredibly private decision and one that requires serious thought. I debated most of my teenage years if I wanted to go under the knife to have my hips evened out (my left is higher by a whole inch) and decided against it. I'm incredibly sensitive and self-conscious of that area of my body. If I did, it would impair my ability to walk and stand as that extra inch would be incredibly noticeable. It's also incredibly expensive. I also realized that the reason I was even debating about it was because I had incredibly low-self esteem (I was severely bullied as a child) and thought surgery would help that. No amount of surgery can fix that problem, but therapy can and that's what I did. My hips aren't even and so my waist isn't perfectly symmetrical, so what? Do I fear exposing that in a photograph? Yes. I'm incredibly grateful that she was comfortable showing what others think is a crime against nature and that she has a very healthy self-esteem and self-image. I don't have that kind of self-esteem. I don't reveal my private life and thoughts much, but I felt it necessary in order to illustrate the point.

Aside from my little mini-rant, I won't repeat a lot of what my mind thinks because FOOLY-COOLY basically nailed it on the head. I'm incredibly appreciative that you have made this available for use as it would be incredibly helpful if I choose to attempt drawing a group image. Very well executed and I give you mad props for handling the situation the way you have.

I think this is an excellent fantasy stock image. I am not a photo manipulator, I don't particularly like the genre of photomanip's, so I can't see what the issue is with the photo. For someone who uses stock as a pose reference for art, it is excellent. And in the case of the models breasts, if this were a high fantasy painting or book cover, her breasts would be twice as fake-looking anyway, so what's the big deal...? Anywho, great work on the poses, it is refreshing to see someone who really puts the emotion and feeling behind the pose that they strike, so kudos to the models!
